Any Grade 7 or 8 students that are interested in attending the Impact Expo at the Atlantic Technology centre in Charlottetown are asked pick up a permission form from the office or in room 216 from Mr MacNeill.
This field trip takes place Wednesday, March the 15th. This expo will be of particular interest to those students interested in the video game industry, Video game development, and Video Game artwork. Lunch and transportation are provided and the first 30 students that turn in singed permission forms to Mr MacNeill in room 216 will be able to attend.

Good afternoon parents/guardians.

Hello again everyone
The word from John Dunphy is that we are still going tomorrow morning with a 4:30am departure.
Please arrive by 4am and go directly to the buses. Do not get on the bus until you are checked in. The sooner everyone is there, the sooner we can leave ahead of the weather.
Thanks everyone, and see you in a few hours!
The grade 9 trip organizing team
With the weather forecast, and potential for bridge closure John Dunphy has advised that we need to change our departure time again.
We are asking students to arrive at Queen Charlotte at 4:00am for a departure by 4:30am.
Students are to go directly to their bus, not into the school. They will have their luggage loaded onto the bus and get onto the bus right away.
Once everybody is on board, we will depart as a group and travel as a convoy.
Safety is priority and this will help us get ahead of the storm.
Thank you for your understanding, and we will ask that students share this information though social media with friends so that everybody is aware.
A further update will be sent out at 8pm, however, we do not anticipate a further change at this time.
See you soon!
The grade 9 trip organizing committee
We are looking at all the forecasts and weather projections and at this time will leave at 6:00 AMfrom our school tomorrow morning. All students need to be at QC at 5:30 AM. We will take attendance as you walk in to the cafeteria area and we will be on our way.
All weather forecasts project the wind and snow coming our way at 8:00 AM and for the rest of day. Our plan is to be ahead of the weather and keep our trip on schedule for the rest of the week. We will send out another update at 8:00 PM this evening if any changes occur. Thanks and see you tomorrow! Grade 9 Ottawa/Quebec Trip School Team
